RATES ”CASH ONLY”
Peak Season: April 1st -October 31st
$140.00 per night for two people and $10.00
per night for each additional person. Three night minimum
required for holidays.
Off Peak Season: November 1st - March
31st
$100.00 per night up to six people. $20.00
per night for each additional person. Three night minimum
required for all holidays.
 $100.00
Deposit required within 7 days after phone reservation or E-Mail
is made. Your $100.00 Reservation Deposit will convert to a Damage
Deposit upon your arrival, and will not be applied towards your
rent. Reservations will be confirmed upon receiving your deposit.
The deposit will be refunded in full, provided the Cabin is found
in satisfactory condition.

Guests must be registered.
Day-Guests
$5.00 per person, per day.
Cancellations
for reservations must be received 30 days prior to your arrival
date in order to receive any refund. All cancellations are subject
to a $25.00 service charge.
Minors
may not rent the cabin unless accompanied by a parent or legal
guardian during the entire stay.
Maid
Service Is not provided.
No Refunds
for early departure.
No Pets
Allowed at Anytime.
Boat
Slip Available with Arrangements.
No Telephones
in cabin.
Everything
furnished except food, lake towels and personal items.
Nolin
Dam boat launching ramp is 5 minutes from the cabin.
